10 minute fitness routine that will Kick your booty

Always having a million things to do with limited time can be a HUGE excuse on why we do not get our exercise in. So I have a quick simple booty kicking workout for you to try.

It will take 10 minutes and totally rock your fitness routine!

Here is the circuit:

30 seconds of burpees

30 seconds of squat jumps

30 seconds of jump lunges

30 seconds of sumo squats

30 seconds of high knees

30 seconds of jumping jacks

Take a 30 second break. Repeat 3 times.

I promise at the end of this workout your butt and legs will feel tighter and you will feel better even if this is all you can do in your day!
