I’ve always struggled with weight loss. I’ve always struggled with eating healthy. I’ve ALWAYS struggled with being consistent with working out. I would look for the fastest way to lose, and of course it would always come back. 

After my son was born in 2017, I really struggled to get back into a routine of taking care of myself. I weighed more than I ever have, had to buy bigger clothes, I had a whole closet full of clothes that I couldn’t even wear. I was struggling! 

I’m so thankful for Leslie! She reached out to me, not knowing me at all, not knowing if I would say no to what she had to say, but she did it, and I am SO GLAD she did!!!! 

I have lost over 15 pounds, and over 15 inches! I know the weight doesn’t seem like a lot, but it’s because I’ve gained SO much MUSCLE!!! I went from a size 14 to a size 8!! I am pulling clothes out of my closet that I haven’t been able to wear in years! I feel good about looking in the mirror again! I feel good about taking pictures again! I am 1 size away from wearing my pre pregnancy jeans again!!!! That makes me so happy! And I tell myself every day that I am doing it the healthy way, it will stay off because I’m living a lifestyle, not doing a fast “fad diet”! 

By working out consistently, having Leslie, a Registered Dietitian, to help me with my nutrition planning, and her being there to help me every step of the way, she has changed my outlook on having a happy healthy life! I wake up excited to workout, and I’m excited about eating, and I don’t feel deprived like I would on a “fad diet”. I can eat carbs?! Yes!! And still look and feel great! I’m still not at my goal yet, but I know I’m going to get there, thanks to Leslie!

I started working with Leslie one-on-one after trying multiple diet and exercise programs. No matter what I did, I wasn't losing weight/inches, and I was hungry all the time or denying myself food groups. As a runner and triathlete, her expertise has been invaluable as we worked together to form a plan that is tailored to me and my individual goals. After an injury sidelined my training, she continued to work with me and revamped our plan to help me continue to see progress without intense exercise. I never feel hungry and I am still able to eat my favorite foods.

She also worked with my husband to create a plan for him that works within our budget and schedule. On other meal plans, I was starving and he was struggling to finish the amount of vegetables he was "supposed to eat." Now we can share meals more easily without a ton of extra cooking or items in the shopping cart!

You won't get this level of attention and dedication anywhere else! I truly feel like she cares about me and what I want to accomplish. Other people I have worked with were judgmental, standoffish, or tried to fit me into a cookie-cutter plan because it "worked for other people." I am my own person with my own goals. Leslie sees this, respects and honors it, while being realistic and honest with me about the process. 

In working with Leslie, I have not only found an expert in her field as a registered dietitian, and someone who uses her expansive knowledge truly for the betterment of others, but I have also found a lifelong friend.

I was excited to join my team and get back into working on me and getting healthier. When, in the past depression and anxiety had me stopping myself with negative thoughts, before I even started.


Now I push play everyday! I workout for ME and I’ve learned that’s not selfish, it’s self CARE. Sometimes I even double up and do a workout before work and then after work to relieve stress. I like sharing with others that you can push past whatever is stopping you in your head and take action for yourself. For me I workout because now it makes me feel better. I’m like who is this lady killing workouts, 2 a days? I feel better now, Better about myself, better to sweat and see results even when they’re small.


Results, like maintaining a 5 pound weight loss in 3 months. Results like 10 inches lost total in my body. Results like now I’ve done 50, yeah 50 workouts that I wasn’t able to do before 12 weeks ago. So yes, I AM seeing transformations in me and excited to see what the next 50 workouts do for me! So whenever you’re ready to join us, we’re ready to have YOU! Stop saying not right now, or I don’t have the time, or money because you do , it’s just how you choose to spend those $25 minutes a day or $25 dollars times 6= $150 a month for or against your goals.
